Designing a race engine in AutoCAD requires an unwavering commitment to perfection, focusing on every detail from the intake manifold to the cylinder head and valve control management. The goal is to minimize air flow restrictions and optimize fuel atomization, ensuring an efficient burn process in the combustion chamber. What sets this project apart is the in-house CNC machining for crafting every engine component, allowing for unparalleled precision. In addition, meticulous in-house fuel-management tuning further refines performance. However, it’s crucial to acknowledge that this R&D undertaking is exceptionally time and cost-consuming. Nonetheless, the tireless pursuit of these optimizations culminates in an engine that delivers peak performance on the racetrack, making it all worthwhile.
